Here is a something totally out of the ordinary for me. But sometimes that is what we need. Take six minutes, that's all. Turn up the volume on the computer or put on headphones. Click play and close your eyes. Just listen. Don't bother thinking about anything, just listen to the sound. Tell me what you feel. I am pretty confident if you relax, close your eyes, and just listen that this will the best six minutes you have today. What have you got to lose?
