The Negative Drought

Periodically you hear some nonsense that global warming is causing a drought in the United States. Al Gore whines about it. The Independent newspaper in the UK has whined about it. Here is the most recent data I've seen on this amazing drought. It is amazing because it is the only drought that means more rain.
