Liberty for bunnies.
Here's a bit of interesting news on the libertarian wing of things. Scott Flanders, the CEO of Freedom Newspapers, is coming in as the CEO at Playboy. My local paper is part of the Freedom chain and I really appreciate that.
Apparently some people didn't quite understand and asked Flanders how he would fit in at Playboy after working for a "conservative" newspaper. Flanders said: "All of Freedom's editorial pages espouse a strong libertarian point of view, which should be viewed not as conservative or liberal. The best way to understand libertarianism is that we don't like Democrats in our wallets and we don't like the Republicans in our bedrooms." Close, really close, but there are a few Republicans I'd make an exception for : )
