Are you a terrorists? Most likely.

One of the more troubling developments in recent US history has been the creation of the Orwellian Homeland Security outfit. And now this outfit has redefined “terrorists” to mean anyone who opposes powerful, energetic, and centralized government.

Homeland Security has tentacles grabbing power in all areas of the United States and so it has numerous websites. At this Homeland Security website they define terrorists into “international terrorists” and “domestic terrorists” and one of the groups they define as terrorists are “Anti-government groups” who oppose gun control and worry about the Constitution. These groups are defined as those that oppose “a strong federal government”. A definition that would include Thomas Jefferson, but then the earlier King George thought the same thing.

The website says of opponents of centralization that “these terrorists claim that the U.S. government is infringing on their individual rights, and/or that the government’s policies are ciminal and immoral... Such groups may hold that the current government is violating the basic principles laid out by the Uhttp://www.blogger.com/img/gl.link.gif.S. Constitution...” Oh, you mean things like ignoring Habeas Corpus, the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the Fourth Amendent, ad nauseum.

Another similar web site asks “Who are Terrorists?” and then answers by referring to “opposition to a strong federal government”. This site, run by the state government of Pennsylvania has basically copied the material from Homeland Security.

Now anyone supporting limited government and individual freedom is being defined as a “terrorist”. And you know what the Bushians do to terrorists. So why are you still living in the US?

NOTICE: After we posted this story Homeland Security apparently deleted the pages in question. Suspicious that might happen we have copies and and have posted them here.
